• Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies?
• No. Sweep and Clean provides ALL cleaning supplies and vacuums. If you have a preferred product you wish to  provide, please contact our office.
• What if I want a special cleaner used on a special item?
• You can leave the requested product out and we will be happy to use it as requested. Please call our office with your special requests and instruction before the date of your service so we can instruct our cleaning associates properly.
• What are your working hours?
• Normally, our service is available Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• How many people will you send to my home?
• 1-3 people depending on the size or intensity of the job. Larger crews are sometimes put together as needed.
• What do I do with my indoor pets?
• We are PET FRIENDLY people. It is our priority to safeguard and keep them in designated areas. However, if you have a LARGE, AGGRESSIVE or BARKING dog, we ask that you please separate the dog from the housekeeper while cleaning.
• How do I pay for my service?
• Most of our customers prefer to leave us a check or cash on the day of service. 
• How do you get in my home if I am not there?
• Security of your home is our highest concern. We prefer that you give us a key, which we label with a non-traceable number to your home. Your key is kept in a key safe.
• What if I prefer not to give you a key?
• Other arrangements can be made. But if we are unable to enter your home upon arrival and experience a "lockout" or late cancellation/rescheduling fees may apply.
• What if I am not satisfied with the job provided?
• Our goal is for that to never happen. But if it does, please telephone us within 24 hours of your service and discuss it with us. We stand behind our work 100% and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied.
• What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment I've made?
• We ask for 2 business days notice for cancellation or rescheduling any appointment. Late cancellation of an appointment will result in a $40 service charge.
• Are you Licensed, Bonded and Insured?
• Yes we are. We can provide documentation upon request. 
• Do you provide apartment  or condo cleaning services as well?
• We sure do. We are happy to provide any apartment or condo cleaning services you need. We can also make your place ready for you to move in or out.
• Do you provide small office cleaning services?
• We sure do. We are happy to provide small office cleaning services you need. 
• What is the advantage of hiring Sweep and Clean services instead of an individual?
• Our cleaning service is licensed, bonded and fully insured. You are not held responsible if an accident occurs at your home during a professional house cleaning. We offer on-going training in professional cleaning techniques and cleaning products.
• What is the advantage of hiring Sweep and Clean services instead of a large chain?
• As a smaller, professional business we are much more flexible than the large chains offering their cleaning systems. We also don't rely on finding the cheapest labor that is constantly changing -- instead we want to provide a long-term relationship with consistent service and great quality.
• Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
• In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up extraneous clothing, toys and other household items.
